    At CaliSpeed, we have found the scientific formula to making our athletes fast. We actually believe we can make an athlete faster than any other training company in the world. Let us prove to you that there is no limit to your athletic potential and we have the system that will show you what it feels like to run faster and jump higher than you ever thought was possible. Regardless of sport, speed is a skill that could not only improve your game but could possibly change the outlook of your career. We design a program for each athlete unique to their individual needs and goals. The emphasis of training will be to drastically improve overall athleticism and strength while greatly reducing the risk of injury.

     

    We will take your athlete to the next level in our semi-private and private lessons. You develop speed, jumping ability, and power all in the most safe and effective way. This six week program is the most effective sport/position specific training regimen in the nation.

     

    Performance training consists of video analysis for proper feedback - body composition test- resistance and Olympic lift training- endurance training - position specific drills - position education- yard training- nutrition education- 1st step explosive training- balance & coordination.

    STRICTLY SPEED TRAINING

    Performance Training & Position Specific Training for all sports!

     

    Age: Performance training is for ages 8 and up with some exceptions we can start as early as 7.

     

    When: Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 - 6:30pm and 6:45 - 7:45pm

    Saturday 9:00am - 10:00am and 11:am - 12:00pm

     Sunday 10:00am - 11:30 - Sunday's only during football season

     

    How: To enroll in our performance training, you will need to have had an evaluation done before training begins, by appointment only. The evaluation consists of getting a baseline of your athletes speed, strength, flexibility, reaction times, as well as getting and setting their goals. Based on their evaluation, their goals, and what we see; we will devise a workout specifically to address their needs throughout the 6 week training process.

     

    Why: Our training is a great for athletes that simply want to get better physically and compete at the highest level. Your athlete or child will run faster, jump higher and hit harder upon completion of our 6 week performance regime.

     

    Suggested Meal Plans: To build and repair muscles, you have to have a high level of Testosterone. Testosterone is imperative for muscle development. Testosterone is a catalyst to produce creatine, which is a natural product produced in your body. Creatine delivers nutrients to the muscle for repair and it gives you energy. 

     

    Performance training consists of:

     * Video analysis & evaluation for proper feedback

     * Body composition test

     * Resistance and Olympic lift training

     * Endurance training

     * Position specific drills

     * Position education classes

     * Combine training ( 40 yards dash, 5-10-5, verticle jump, L - drill, med ball toss)

     * Quick twitch

     * Nutrition education

     * Stability, mobility, balance and coordination

     * Hand speed

     

    We also offer sports Rehabilitation, Chiropractic, Acupuncture and Message therapy(separate charge).

    Strictly Speed

     

    For the more serious athletes, Calipeed can bring your 40 time down! To be enrolled in Strictly Speed training, you have to be accepted, it is by invitation only. If you feel this training will benefit you, you can apply and must be approved by Coach Jackson or staff member.

     

    StrictlySpeedtraining.com is for dedicated football players and serious athletes in all sports. You have that burning desire in you to succeed and you want the ultimate training experience to match your desire. Ages 14 and up, will be introduced to performance training at the D1 level and college coaches.

    If you are interested in developing and enhancing your athlete athletic ability throughout the 6 week course this is the training for you. This training is designed by Coach Jackson and staff for you. StrictlySpeedtraining.Com is necessary to be the Best Player you can be. The focus of this type of training will be on reaction times, foot placement, running gate, sprint mechanics, posterior chain, triple extension, plyometrics, stride length, stride frequency, etc... done through our specific speed training techniques. Strictly Speed is on an 8 week progressive format, broken down into 2 week progressions. The evaluation for this program will take approximately 1hour and is done by appointment only. The 1st appointment following the evaluation is a one-on-one session, and the following training is semi-private. As a reminder StrictlySpeedtraining.com is by appointment only!
